Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Non-returnable items

Customized, limited-edition, final-sale items, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Return Shipping

For returns not caused by product defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
